The British telephone box get a makeover by fashions finest

The bright red  BT telephone box is one of Britain’s most famous trademarks and to celebrate 25 years of Child Line, a number of these iconic telephone boxes will have a makeover by a some of design most famous names. Among others, fashion legends Giles Deacon, Zandra Rhodes and Willie Christie have put their own unique stamp on the red boxes as part of  the BT Artbox project.

And on the 24th May 2012, all you design hungry peeps will be able to see the collection showcased in Harvey Nichols shop windows in Knightsbridge, London. The telephone boxes will then be dotted around London if you want to have a closer inspection!
